Gmail users may find emails from Canto are not being received
The most likely reason is that Gmail has sent it to the Spam folder.
So first - check the Spam folder and if you see any emails from Canto open it and click the button that says Report not spam. That should remove each email from the spam folder to your inbox.
How can I prevent future emails from Canto being marked as spam?
1. Go to your mail settings then and click the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab or just click here
2. Click the link entitled Create a new filter
3. Type in the From box
4. Then click Create filter
Another box should pop up
5. tick the check boxes entitled:
Never send it to Spam
and
Always mark it as important
It should look like this...
6. Then click the Create filter button
You may be asked to verify your account at this point
7. So click Continue and complete the steps where it sends you a text with a code to verify it's you.
8. You will know you have completed everything when you see this...
